It was a little hard to find, luckily I had looked at the photos online and knew what the house looked like. We are not from the area so def not used to all the hills/mountains. I think it should be made more clear of just how steep the driveway is to the house, that was shocking for us. Communication with property owner was excellent. She was so nice & responded so quickly to all messages. There was Plenty of space for all of us, big open living/dining/kitchen space. It did get hot in the house & we couldn’t figure out the temp. Tons of windows & we wish we could have opened more of them to get some fresh air, or that there would have been some fans. The toilet in the bottom floor had trouble flushing sometimes. Tons of light switches & some were labeled but I wish they all would have been, would have been so much easier. The tv was very tricky, again just wish there was more direction on how to work it, we kept it off most of the trip. A few items I would like to give feedback on. The trash compactor is pretty nasty and needs to be disposed of. The master shower, the faucets are old and it's very hard to turn the water off and get the water to stop dripping, maybe replace the faucets. The upstairs toilet doesn't flush well and also needs to be replaced. The kitchen could have been cleaner upon our arrival but we made due.We couldn't locate the dishwasher detergent nor the washer machine detergent. But we did stack the towels in the washer and piled up the linens.We truly enjoyed our stay and would book again. The home just needs some tlc :)Thank you for our week in Fortuna! ##### Robin S.
