Numerous issues throughout the house indicate a lack of proper maintenance. The master bathroom door, for instance, was poorly designed and can't close due to a couch obstructing it. The dryer has ruined several of my outfits because the filter doesn’t fit properly, causing clothes to get caught. The electrical system is inadequate, as the breaker blew when the AC unit was plugged into the kitchen. Additionally, the stove posed a serious danger and nearly electrocuted my husband. We also faced repeated issues with palmetto bugs, spotting one almost every day. Lastly, the overall cleanliness and organization of the house were far from acceptable.
