The windows had to be opened to allow fresh air in. The oven and fridge was not clean. Spider webs were even in the sink. The game room was dusty and all the furniture is dated and the bedding for the bunk beds as well. I notified the owner she brought one comforter to replace the one that had a stain and she said I usually get 5 stars ,I’m sorry. Also should not be listed as a 4 Bd if you have to pay extra for the tiny house which is the other room. We wanted a house with a pool in the Ft Worth area and this fit the bill. House was way too big for 4 people but that’s ok. We had plenty of space and loved the pool each evening. We played lots of darts (for us wives it was our first time). The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient. Kitchen and grill were great. Couch was comfy. Can’t complaint about anything. Well, when you have guests checking in, I would hope that you would be offering the best experience for them and have the home clean and ready for guests. The amount of dust, cobwebs, and dead bugs were in and on every corner of the home were endless. Light fixtures had dead bugs in them and it was very obvious that all had been there for an extended period of time... I would guess since the last "spring cleaning". Had we not had a group, it being TCU graduation weekend and very few options available, and already paid nearly 2,000 for this stay, we would have found another place to stay. Every time we came back to the home a few of us would become very congested and start coughing. It would cease again when we left. The last night of our stay everyone had gone home except me. My daughter came and stayed. Within a couple of hours of being there she started complaining of a sore throat. I decided to go and check the air filters and what we found was very alarming. The house was very clean and peaceful.Due to the early season there were some leaves around the patio, but this was a non issue for us. The master suite was awesome. This is an older home in a safe neighborhood close to anything you should need. The host was very responsive. We also had the tiny house and it was perfect for our extra guest ##### karen w. Nice size, great yard that just needs some TLC, outdoor furniture is in need of improvement. There are plenty of beds, fun gathering spot for family and friends. Furniture is lacking and not enough lighting, seating arrangement is awkward for a larger group. Updating would make it great! ##### Nancy R.
