The Lilac is perfectly located. Near to the hospital district, TCU, stockyards, Fort Worth Zoo, and the famous W 7th Street.

Centrally located, The Lilac Studio is only blocks away from Magnolia Street. A bustling street full of the best local restaurants and bars. You'll be within four miles from the heart of downtown Fort Worth and Sundance Square. Just Three miles to the west takes you to the Cultural District where you can visit several world-class art museums or Dickies Arena. In addition, you're walking distance to the medical district. Lastly, TCU and the Fort Worth Zoo are less than 2 miles away.
