Located one block from Sundance Square and 3 blocks to the convention center. You are walking distance to all of the city’s finest steakhouses, bars, and general entertainment! It is in a historical building in a perfect location in downtown Fort Worth. Easy access to everything including multiple restaurants, beer gardens , shopping and entertainment all very close by. The free parking on the weekend was easy and accessible. If you choose the garage route, it’s just behind the building and can be seen from the window of the loft. Very safe very easy. Everything is just as pictured. Very nice touches inside including a list of local recommendations. The Fort Worth zoo and the stockyards are within 4 miles of the loft. Again, an easy drive or Uber. We highly recommend going to both. There was a minor building issue while we were there. Since Kress is a historical building that was not surprising and was not a big deal for us. This goes on until well after 2:00 in the morning (the city that never sleeps… or at least not this block). That said, with a security code to get in, another for the elevator and stairway, and one more for the front door, I felt very secure—like I was unlocking levels in a video game just to get to bed. Being on the top floor helped, and despite the noise outside, I didn’t feel unsafe at all. I stayed by myself and felt completely comfortable inside. The apartment itself was well maintained with a cool, modern feel. The kitchen was great, and the bed was ultra soft—honestly, hard to leave in the morning.
