You did not mention anything about homeless people in that message The fan was working when we went in. You just have to turn the master switch on the wall and pull the fan string There was a very slight drip from the PVC P-trap. loose joint collar. Thank you for that heads up As for homeless in the neighborhood, that really has me scratching my head. We have had over 70 VRBO and other platform reviews (5 – star). Never once a mention of homeless people. This is a family oriented, quiet working class neighborhood, which is clearly stated in our listing. I have personally stayed at this house five or six times, and there have never been any homeless people around. If you go down to the main street several blocks away, you may run into that, here in there. Pretty typical on any city main street these days, unfortunately As to cleaning issues, you never mentioned anything specific about that. I’m curious to know exactly what you are referring to so we can address it. We take great pride in our over 300, 5-star reviews on all of our properties over several platforms.
