The living room is furnished with all new furniture, a 55” 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, and several board games, puzzles, and books. The dining area has seating for six and a separate laundry space with a large capacity washer and dryer, which you are welcome to use. In the kitchen, you will find a beautiful new refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and all of the dishes and cooking utensils you will need to prepare any meal. The first floor master bedroom is very spacious and contains a king size memory foam bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, large bathtub, and walk in closet. Back at the front of the home are the stairs and half bathroom. Upstairs, the foosball table on the landing is a ton of fun for kids or kids at heart. Both guest bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses, large closets, and are connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom with bathtub and shower. This home also has a garage with a smart opener and a small outdoor patio. Guest access This home is one half of a duplex. You will have full, private access to the home, garage, and yard on the right side. The left side is occupied by a tenant, so please do not block that side of the driveway. Was nice having the garage to park one of our vehicles in. Having a person with special needs it was nice to have all the bathrooms. May not be the best place for a big dog but had we brought our dogs( a pomeranian and a teacup poodle) the dog run would have been perfect. Had no problems with the area. We weren't at the house much, but we were never nervous about being there. I actually left my son at the house while we went to set up for the horse show. Access was perfect to get to Will Rogers, 2.5 miles. Braums was maybe like 2 miles i believe. And just about any type of food you could want within 5 miles probably less. Yes, close to TCU, Colonial Golf course, Zoo, Joint base Fort Worth, Trinity river park & trail system, plus anything down/Up town these days. Mostly visited our Granddaughter, near the Chapel Creek area. A couple of rain squalls as usual/warmer weather. And of course a treat trip to Buc-Kee’s in Denton, near the Texas motor Speedway. House overall suited our needs, we didn’t need the (2) bedrooms upstairs or the jack & jill bathroom. ##### Susan K. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The little patio was a nice addition for our dog.
