We couldn't locate the lock box code in the app. but someone responed right away when we called. Furniture was very uncomfortable & there is only 1 small TV in a large living room. We were looking forward to the pool but it was closed with garbage bags on the patio and the water was filled with leaves. Gym was very dirty and dingy, play room was completly closed during our stay. We wouldn't return to that complex. ##### Ronald D.
