\-Undeclared pets (not included in the reservation before check-in) incur a $300 fee.  
  
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:  
\-Early check-in: $40 (request before 9 AM on day of arrival).  
\-Late check-out: $100 (request before 9 AM on day of departure).  
  
PLUMBING:  
\-Do not flush toilet paper, wipes, or other items down the toilet. Please use the trash bin provided to avoid plumbing issues.  
  
TRASH DISPOSAL:  
\-Bag all trash and place it in the designated on-site bins before checkout.  
\-Leaving more than one bag behind may result in a $200 fee.  
  
NOISE & SMOKING POLICY:  
\-No parties or smoking allowed.  
\-Minut noise and smoke detectors are installed and monitored at all times.  
\-Excessive noise or smoke detected may result in reservation cancellation and eviction.  
\-$400 deep cleaning fee applies if smoking is found in the unit.

QUIET HOURS:  
\-10 PM to 9 AM — no amplified sound audible beyond the property line.
