Don’t forget to meet Snickerdoodle, our friendly mini-horse, who loves treats and photo ops! House Rules Guest Disclosure & Quiet Hours Please notify us of all guests who will be using the property. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM—please be respectful of our neighbors and fellow guests. This property is not to be booked for events or parties. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. Pet Policy We are very pet-friendly, but to ensure the safety of all animals on the property, we ask that you follow these guidelines: You must disclose the number of pets you are bringing in advance. Each listing has specific pet limits, and exceeding them without approval may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Pets must be kept on a leash while outdoors. Fireworks are commonly sold in the area around New Year\`s Eve and the 4th of July, which may result in increased noise levels. If you or your pets are sensitive to loud sounds, please plan accordingly. Septic System Notice The property utilizes on-site sewer facilities. Only toilet paper should be flushed—no wipes, hygiene products, or paper towels. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by improper use. No Smoking Policy Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and e-cigarettes) is prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. A $150 fee will be charged for the first violation, along with a warning. If the issue persists, the guest may be removed from the property without refund. Security Devices Tampering with, covering, or disabling the Ring doorbell camera or any other security device is strictly prohibited.
