We had a great stay here. This was a wonderful property with large backyard for our kids to play. The hot tub was clean and such a nice addition. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and we had everything needed to cook meals at the house. Would definitely stay here again.

This property truly has a wonderful backyard! Large fenced area, great fire pit seating area, lovely hot tub space that includes an outdoor tv. Inside the home is decorated nicely, very clean. Host provided a welcome basket along with water in the fridge Host is very quick with communication Would definitely rent either this home again or one of their other properties

Everyrhing was ready for us from the second we arrived. You can tell these ppl take pride in their home. Locations great and convient, with quick access to interstate. Neighborhood seems quiet. The accomodations were great and very well appreciated. We plan on bookong again next year for our gymnastics competion in Fort Worth agsin.

This is the perfect spot if you are visiting the Fort Worth area. Clean, quiet and just minutes from the Stockyards and Downtown. We were able to take advantage of the backyard workout room and enjoyed the hot tub. Great fenced in backyard if you have your pets with you. Looking forward to a future stay at this location since we have family in the area. From KY

This was a great property to visit. Only 10 minutes to the Stockyards and 30 minutes to Dallas (traffic dependent). The home was well-appointed, welcoming, and very clean. We could have easily stayed here a few more days. Thanks for including so many "extras" that kept us from having to run to the store to stock the shelves!

This house has everything you need for a great stay in DFW. The house had a nice welcome basket and bottled water in fridge. The outside is nice with a fire pit and outdoor games. The house was very clean and smells so fresh. Great communication with owners. It even had Christmas decorations. This is best house that we’ve stayed at.

Just what the description and pictures showed. We stayed here for our family vacation while we visited Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. Backyard is beautiful but unfortunately we stayed during one of the hottest weeks and were able to take advantage of the hot tub haha! Everything we needed was in the kitchen and it’s always a plus having a washer and dryer! The carpets in the bedrooms could use a good cleaning but other than that, the house was pretty spotless.

#### Perfect Home for Our Daughter's TCU Freshman Year Move In

We traveled from Hershey PA to the Ft Worth area for our daughter's TCU Freshman Move In. This home was perfectly described and just right for us. The fenced in backyard was great for our lil dog Gia who loved chasing her ball and spending time with us before moving our daughter into college. It was close to shopping and a short drive to TCU. It provided us a home base while in town and we were able to have home cooked meals in the well equiped kitchen. Communication with the owner was always quick when needed and there was even a Welcome Basket for a spaghetti dinner and fixing for Smore's for dessert over a fire. Definitely would stay here again when we are in town. Highly recommend this property.

#### Home away from home

This was a cozy home with an excellent backyard. We enjoyed our stay and the home had everything we needed for cooking a meal, watching a movie, exercising and hanging out outdoors. The location gave quick access to many popular areas, but wasn't in an area where we could walk to things or quickly grab something from the store. It would not stop me from booking, but be more prepared in the future. The hosts were great with communication, the process and had a nice welcome gift. They went above and beyond on the little details like a picture book with local services. We are likely to book again on a future trip.

#### Perfect weekend stay

We had a great time staying at the backyard oasis! It was the perfect place for the kids to play outside during the day and the adults to sit around the fire and in the hot tub at night when the kids went to bed! The house was well stocked and very clean. Not far at all from the stockyards and other fun places. Definitely recommend booking for your getaway!

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to visit the Stockyards. The house was so cute and the hot tub was such a nice added bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was absolutely amazing for our trip. We decided to go to Texas for Christmas and this backyard was just as described. The house was clean and well stocked so we were able to cook our entire stay. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very well appointed and we found all the toys in the back yard were fun. The hot tub was a welcome time to relax after a busy thanksgiving dinner. We will consider this house when staying the area again.

Very lovely house! It’s a quiet neighborhood with lots of nearby things to do. The house itself was clean and inviting. Joy was a great host!

Thank you to Joy for a great trip! Check in was easy and the house is located on a very quiet street. No real issues at all. A couple hiccups upon arrival with small things the maid missed, but Joy was very responsive and took care of them very quickly. Would definitely book and stay here again.
