The property was absolutely beautiful. The only negative was the front desk lady, who I describe as having her arms covered in tattos and attended us the morning of April 9th, 2024, was extremely rude. Otherwise, everything was perfect about the hotel.

Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and having the sitting area was great when we had another couple visit. We did have a bathroom light, a sitting room light and the sitting room TV not working. As we left for the day I reported the problems and they were fixed quickly. The breakfast area was comfortable, spacious, well appointed, the breakfast fair was good with alternating breakfast meats and egg preparations. Two types of yogurt were offered with one being Greek yogurt (our favorite) and the coffee was good. The exercise room and pool were clean and well maintained. When visiting this area again we will stay at this location. Highly recommend this facility

No staff in lobby when you need them. I called sever times from our room and no answerer. Staff in lobby not very friendly. Only person that greeted us in a friendly manner was the lady in that worked in the cafeteria. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Had quite a bit of trouble with the key cards, many times we could not access the side doors because the cards would not work. And we had the same problem trying to access the fitness center. The rooms were neat and clean and the staff was extremely courteous!

I had a very favorable experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast food left something to be desired, but hey, it was free.

Okay but a little high in price for the service
The front desk staff wasn't helpful at all in helping us get set up with wifi. The room had bug stains on the carpet and shower looked dirty.

Updates needed
This hotel is desperately in need of updating. Ended up having to move during the evening due to a ballast burning in the bathroom and filling the room with smoke. Was moved to a second room, and AC was not working, even though I was told ACs had been turned off and just to switch it on when we entered. After several hours, the temps were still unbearable. Moved to another room at 11:15 p.m. to be able to get some sleep. Carpets all need to replaced due to multiple stains and odor.
