Location! Location! This historic neighborhood is walkable to several restaurants on Magnolia St and less than 2 miles to downtown Fort Worth which is accessible via the city bus system. This location is also ideal for access to the major hospitals (Cook's Children, JPS, Baylor Scott, etc). Prime location for TCU visits as well. Or stay in and enjoy the brand new renovated interior and the 3 outdoor areas to relax (covered front porch & 2 backyard patios for dining, grilling, fire pit, and hammocks). End your evenings in front of the fireplace after a long soak in the clawfoot tub. The home is warmly decorated and has two bedrooms with queen beds, and two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is well appointed, and there's plenty of space in the living room to spread out and chillax. We loved hanging out on the front porch in the sling chairs, and there is a huge backyard with more seating and a fire pit. The only detail that needs to be updated in the listing is that the sofa in the living room does not have a queen size pull-out (which we were counting on), but it is very comfortable and reclines. There is a blow-up mattress in the closet.Check-in was smooth and early as the owner so kindly accommodated our flight schedule. We had a lovely stay, and so will you!Go Frogs! ##### Michelle L. The decor in the house was something out of a magazine! The bathrooms and bedrooms were so spacious and beautiful! The backyard was perfect, and we took full advantage of the hammocks; they were so comfortable! Kathleen was very responsive to each text if I had a question. Very kind lady! Kathleen, thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We greatly appreciate you! We will definitely stay there again when we return to Fort Worth. ##### mitzi w. It was easy to walk to some delicious restaurants on Magnolia Avenue, and the property manager, Kathleen, was quick to help when we accidentally locked ourselves out.
