While the air conditioning worked well, several significant issues impacted the overall experience.The flooring was in poor condition—unstable with sharp edges that posed a safety risk. The listing photos were misleading and did not accurately represent the property's current state. The front door had a large crack leading directly outside, which raised serious concerns about security and insulation.The property was overpriced considering its small size and lack of usable outdoor space. Additionally, the driveway was extremely steep and hazardous, particularly for smaller vehicles.I would not recommend this property to others in its current condition. To improve the guest experience, I strongly suggest the owner invest in repairing the flooring and front door, updating the listing photos to reflect the actual condition, and addressing the safety of the driveway. ##### Michele L.
