There are a few quirks but it is an old house and they make it unique. I would note that there is no central air and heat. It was no problem as there are space heaters and window units but I do know that this fact could throw one off it you weren't expecting it. The beds are VERY comfortable. They give a 5 star rating from all. I would also note that the listing states that the property sleeps 16\. However, unless a couch (not pull out) counts, the house only sleeps 12\. All in all the house worked and we had so much fun! Thanks for allowing us to spend time in your beautiful home. ##### Latisha E. It is an old house, which we knew; still we had to deal with electrical problems. It was a little scary having to heat with space heaters & not having a way out upstairs which is where the bedrooms & full baths are. The owner was supposed to come & fix breakers on our first night & didn’t show. There was no inside dead bolt on the front door so anyone with the code could have come in during the night. The best experience is that the women renting have been friends for 40+ years & enjoy being together. The beds were comfortable. Stopped up toilet we had to clear ourselves. ##### Cynthia M.
