The home was comfortable and exactly as listed. Overall pleased but very disappointed we did not have any pool access. This was a huge reason we chose this location. Upon arrival I messaged to find out how we gain access to community pool that was part of the losing. I received a response that the last guest had removed the card from the home and a replaced had not arrived yet. We did still try to use our reservation to gain access to the pool but Boone was ever at the pool office. Communication with further pool details was messaged to me over 24 hours after I asked what we could do to gain access. We were already checked king of the listing by the time the message was received. Very sad we weren’t able to utilize the pool area and I chose this listing based on pool access. ##### Sheryl A. This place was exactly as pictured. It was a beautiful home and very clean. There were nine of us on a family girls trip and everything went smooth. I highly recommend this place.
