There is a picturesque park overlooking downtown (Ridglea Hills Park) that is very safe and clean with a playground for kids located only a few blocks walk from the house. Also, if you're looking for outdoor recreation, the Trinity Trails are a short drive away. The house is an easy and quick 10-15 minute drive to Dickies Arena, Will Rogers, the Medical District, Downtown, or almost anywhere else you need to go in Fort Worth, and you can get there either via Vickery, I30, or Camp Bowie, so getting to and from the house is a breeze and you won't have to worry about traffic! For shopping, all you need to do is drive along Camp Bowie, where there are plenty of local shops and amazing restaurants, or head down to the Shops at Clearfork. The fourth bedroom was a little cramped, was right off the kitchen/dining space and the door to the bedroom was a sliding barn door. Also you have to go through this fourth bedroom to get to the laundry. The other three bedrooms were spacious. The flooring in the living room was oddly buckled making it a little unsafe for toddlers. The home in general was clean but some of the kitchen cupboards could have used more cleaning.
