This is in a safe neighborhood where most houses are not rentals, but single family residences. The house itself is very clean with plenty of room with 3 bedrooms. Did not cook while there but appliance new and in great condition. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They also live in close by so if you needed something they could help you. We ate regularly at Charley's Old Fashioned Hamburgers which is about 5 min away. A solid local spot that not only has good hamburgers but homemade onion rings and corn nugets. Very nice & quiet neighborhood, beautifully maintained home & yard. Check in was easy with the check in process provided. The owners provided the little things that are often needed but typically forgotten or must be purchased (like spices to cook, extra towels, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, etc). Rooms were nice and all was as pictured. The beds for the most part were comfortable, however, for those who may have a bad back, the mattress in the master is a spring bed and may require someone to switch to another room, which was the case for us. (The other beds were extremely comfortable), and the a/c was bery nice, especially after a day out. The only other thing that was found (just slightly inconvenient), was that although there was a door in close proximity to the location of where the box for key is,you have to walk back around to enter the home. Again, definitely not a deal breaker as everything was great! We stayed for 3 nights and any correspondence withbowners were met with a very prompt response. The owners were extremely accommodating to our request to check in a little earlier than typical, which was extremely helpful after driving for 5 hours. Owners made getting in and out of the easy. Centrally located for all we wanted to do during our stay. There for a girls trip and the layout was great to spread out.
