Cons: This house is off a main road and not in a neighborhood. Backing out of the driveway onto the main road was dangerous at times. We didn't want the kids to play in the front yard near the road, and the backyard had a car parked in it that creeped them out, so that was a no-go as well. The floors need to be replaced in several areas. It would scrape your foot in some spots if you are barefoot or make you trip. The surrounding area seemed a little run-down, but since I'm not familiar with this part of town, I can't say it's necessarily a dangerous area. Does have a few issues, some of the flooring bows and feels weak, the shower is nice but ended up with a lot of water in the floor and the backyard is less than desirable and quite a mess. If you have kids, this is not a place they will be able to enjoy outside.There is an old junk car parked back there along with trash and old doors l assume are from the remodel. One of the old doors is setup to block off the junk beside the shed. Also for a 3 bedroom house that sleeps 7, there are not enough towels to accommodate and the bathrooms are extremely small and it is hard to move around. The beds were comfortable and clean but the entire house has the bare minimum when it comes to furnishings. There was also condiments left in the refrigerator from who knows when.With a little work, this house could be more worth the stay. ##### Summer W. Across the street from elementary school but we didn’t notice any issues regarding noise/traffic.
