Smoking is allowed only in the patio/ Backyard. If there is damage/odors due to smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee and could result in immediate removal from property. 2\. Alcohol is allowed, but only restricted in the living room, Dining area and Backyard only. Breaking this rule will result in $500 fine. 3\. Please keep the noise level down to not disturb other home owners. If we get complains from neighbors, there is $500 fine and could be asked leave the property. 4\. If there are any damages during your stay, you would have to pay for the damages. If you notice any damage, please report it immediately to Host. 6\. With regard to car parking, make use of the garage parking and drive way. 7\. Avoid taking food and beverages into the bedroom to prevent spills and stains. 8\. Leave kitchen free of any open food. 9\. We allow only the number of guests that was mentioned in Airbnb reservation. If we notice there are more guests coming in without approval, we will charge $100 per guest per night. This includes even if guests stay for few hours during the day. Listing says there is a hot tub and balcony although both were missing. Host was initially communicating until I asked about the hot tub and then never responded the rest of the booking. Part of the reason we booked this location over another. Kitchen was fine but didn’t have can opener or wine opener. Walmart was close so we made it work but not clear why an house this expensive doesn’t have basic kitchen equipment like that. Eight coffee cups, two wine glasses, and one drinking glass for a house that sleeps 13 people? Had to buy plastic cups, plates, and silverware just to get through a meal. I disagree with the amount of people this listing is advertised for. Three beds plus the full/bunk combo is 9\. Kind of small for the max amount of people, it was definitely tight. The best way to describe the decor is bland. The only room that has some sort of decor is the living room, but the whole house has bare walls. Finally, the thing that really ticked us off was the thermostat. When we walked in the house was that 88 degrees. Then when we turned it down, we later found it at 90 DEGREES in the middle of JULY. I wish I could upload a photo on here because I have the temperature history which fluctuates between 70-90 degrees while we are still in the house!! The house looks exactly like the photos and feels brand new. Each bedroom has a TV (which the kids loved) with comfortable beds and the living room has a big couch with plenty of room for the family and a big flatscreen tv. Rahul was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure all was ok. We spent the weekend with our two boys and two dogs and would absolutely come back again. ##### Brandi R. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet here too and I would love to rent this property again whenever my friend group gets a chance to hang out together since this place gave me a lot of good memories and it would feel so nostalgic coming back here again. Had such a great stay here with friends for my birthday! Great location, not too far from the Stockyards. The house is super cute. New build, very nice.
