Lovely, quirky little hotel set close to main town centre. Parking is at the local carpark so have to pay during working hours but it's just up the road so easy to access. George was very helpful about restaurants, pubs, etc. Room was at the top front and very comfortable albeit quite small and we were at the top so stairs could be an issue for some guests. Lovely view over Oban bay so well worth the climb. Al in all great ttle hotel for a short visit.

Our stay at lagganbeg was terrific. George was extremely friendly and informative. We stayed for three weeks. We looked forward to being greeted when we left in the morning as well as when we returned most evenings. Would highly recommend a stay at this family run facility.

Great host, very informative about the local areas to visit beyond the town centre. Rooms were clean and had everything required. Guest house itself is in a great location, no hills to climb. Will certainly rebook next time we visit Oban
