"Hotel was clean, staff was professional and kind, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If I had to say what I didn’t like it would probably be parking when underground or directly outside the hotel was at capacity, was a bit of a walk to get from their off site parking to the hotel. Also no stair access, was forced to wait 45 mins in lobby as maintenance worked to get the elevators fixed. "

"The front receptionist that checked me in seemed absolutely miserable to be there which wasn’t a great first impression. However all the other front reception staff were friendly. The bed wasn’t super comfortable. The room was very spacious which was nice. The hotel is a bit of a maze though. "
