Located less than 2 miles away from Ichetucknee Spring’s North Entrance, and about 19 miles from Ginnie Springs, our retreat offers easy access to local adventures (additional details in our "Neighborhood highlights" section) while providing a serene haven to return to at the end of the day. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or an extended stay, our home promises an unforgettable experience! Guest Access: Full access to the home, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, pavilion, picnic tables, Outdoor games & spaces, etc. The Neighborhood: ☀️ Fun in the Sun ☀️ Ichetucknee Springs State Park → 2 miles Ginnie Springs → 19 miles Trepo - Three Rivers Park → 7 miles Bowman’s Landing → 11 miles O’leno State Park → 15 miles Getting Around: Uber and Lyft are not readily available in the area so having a vehicle is highly recommended. We were a family with 3 grown boys and a grandmother. The house was perfect! It was as the boys called it “showroom ready”,but still very comfortable. We checked in easily and the boys loved the big backyard for volley ball and blitz ball. The beds were very comfortable and they even provided a cot, which was not needed in our case but nice for an option. The master bath was very spacious. The tub had a bit of a drainage issue but it wasn’t terrible and the toilet handle needed to be held down to fully flush. The water pressure for the shower was awesome though. There were some spices and coffee and tea provided which was nice. I’m a kitchen towel kind of person and only paper towels were provided so I thought maybe a couple of kitchen towels might be handy but not necessary. All in all this is an excellent home to stay in for a tubing/kayaking trip on the Itchetucknee. It was only 4 mins from the North entrance (kayaking and main spring side) and about 13 mins to the South entrance (tubing side). There were not many options for restaurants or grocery stores nearby but if you love to cook, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make a great meal. Thanks for an amazing, stress free stay. I will definitely be book marking this house for future trips. Ps I folded the sheets that were in the dryer and put them in the master closet. The home is beautiful and was so much more than we expected. Our host was very attentive to replying to our message and making sure we had everything we needed and we were comfortable. If you want to visit Ichetucknee springs this is the place to stay! It was so easy to get to the springs and come home after to relax.
