About this space  
Stop in and enjoy this cozy completely updated 3 bedroom bungalow just blocks from downtown Bluffton. This bungalow offers a large open concept with a large living room opened up to the completely remodeled kitchen. There is a cozy enteryway off the front of living room, and a great mud room in the rear entrance. You also have a completely updated laundry room with brand new appliances throughout the house. 2 full baths with a shower and 1 full size tub as well as a one car heated garage.

Great space for a family passing through, home to see family, enjoy a graduation, or catch a wedding. Two updated bathrooms with bluetooth speakers built in. 3 bedrooms with full closets, large backyard to gather with family and friends. Plenty of parking up to 6.

Guests have total access to the Bungalow from the alley using the back door off the driveway as your entrance.
