This is our 2nd visit at this hotel. We had a great experience. There were some issues, but were quickly fixed... -i got charged twice, 2 different prices. But without having to speak to anyone one of the charges were reversed. -housekeeping almost walked right into our unit the next morning, but thankfully we had one of the locks in place. (Might want to wait till people check out) All in all not bad for our 2nd stay.. we will most likelybe back!!

We arrived to find the hotel overbooked and, despite the fact we had paid, they had no room available. We ended up next door, which they arranged, and it all worked out fine. I suggest checking in closer to the start of check-in time to ensure room availability. It was inconvenient to change our plans however the manager on duty went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable in our new arrangements and for that I would give their staff five stars.

Had a lot of trouble signing in, staff did not accept expedia booking of room with 4 adults and 2 children at all. Staff was very aggressive and rude when trying to resolve the issue, making demeaning and racist comments several times about my accented english. He repeatedly threatened to cancel our booking while insisting we had to book another room before ultimately giving in. Terrible customer service

Awesome, clean room
I've stayed at a lot of hotels in the Fort Wayne area and this easily was the best. Very, very clean and spacious. You get what you pay for. And it costs more to stay at a nicer place. But you get peace of mind and a beautiful room.

I brought my family, and initially I put how many if us there are. We have 7. Our room was fine. However i dont feel that there was any planning in our stay. The shampoo and conditioner were empty, there was a blond hair in the shower. Not ours. There werent enough sheets or pillows for all of us. I thought that was the point in letting them know ahead of time there are 7 of us. But thankfully the front desk lady brought up a sheet set, blanket and another pillow. Otherwise we only stayed a night and it was suitable. We may try another place next time. As a side note, get to the breakfast early, because they run out of stuff quickly.

It was easy to find the room and for the most part it was quiet. My room smelled a little weird, maybe because it was a pet friendly hotel. Overall it was a very nice stay, room was clean and comfortable.

I liked the friendly staff! The room was decent. It was a little dirty and some of the furniture looked very worn. The couch had what looked like dog hair all over it and had white stains.

The room I got was NOT what I paid for or reserved! Hotel said I needed to discuss with Expedia??? If my reservation thru Expedia states a King room why did I get put in a queen room? I’m hoping Expedia rectifies this issue.

I booked a room suite that had 2 queen beds and a queen pull out couch for 6 ladies. We were given the last room at the hotel and when we got to the room, it was 1 king bed for 6 of us. The hotel blamed the error on Expedia saying that 3rd party booking sites don't get the reservation correct. We were checking in to the hotel at 11:30 pm following a christian music concert. Needless to say we were unable to stay and we drove 3 hours back home arriving at 3:00 am. I have not received a refund for a room that we did not occupy.

The property was well maintained on the outside and the inside. The problem was amenities in the bathroom were out and the staff was not very friendly. Other than that, the room was very clean and the rest of the hotel was clean.

I loved that our room was down it’s own private hallway, it had a kitchen and was as cozy as a house. My family and I loved it. The breakfast buffet was also very good and had a little bit of everything offered to eat

The room was good and clean however the thermostat was not working properly and it was too hot in the room. The ceiling fan was not working. The bathroom fan made loud noises when turned on.

The room number plate was missing on a few of the doors including ours on the 5th floor. We had to guess which door. Our heater was making a strange sound every time it stopped. It woke us up in the night. The rest of the stay was great.

The room we stayed in had fresh linens and towels but the floor had not been vaccumed, we had a kitchen in our room too and the vinyl floor had no been cleaned in some time. I used a bunch of our clorox wipes cleaning the floor because it was sticky. The breakfast was decent and everything else was fine but really had a hard time with the cleanliness.

The gym is rather small. The king suite, which is technically just one room, is really big and nice.
