Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modular home located in Leo, Indiana. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a garage for your stay! Perfect for families or couples looking for a place to be their home away from home during their time in town! Just a few blocks from some cute local shops and a tasty ice cream shop as well!  
  
Our house features a convenient electronic lock for easy guest access! Upon booking and the rental agreement is filled out, you'll receive a unique code for the lock, allowing you to enter with a simple keypad entry. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-ins! You'll have 24/7 access to your private space, providing flexibility and convenience during your stay!  
  
Jacinda is available 24/7 for anything you need during your stay.  
  
The town of Leo is known for its quiet, suburban lifestyle and is a popular residential community for families in the Fort Wayne area. The town is relatively small, covering an area of around 2.5 square miles, and is home to several parks and nature preserves, including Metea County Park and Cedarville Reservoir.  
  
Leo is served by the East Allen County Schools district, which includes Leo Elementary School, Leo Junior/Senior High School, and Cedarville Elementary School. The town also has a public library and several small businesses, including a grocery store, restaurants, and retail shops.  
  
Overall, Leo offers a peaceful and friendly community with easy access to nearby urban amenities in Fort Wayne.  
  
This house does use well water that is softened but does have a different smell than chlorinated city water. The toilets are cleaned and disinfected but may have a ring around the water from the hard well water. This property has front door access that faces the street if you'd like to park there. Or there is parking in the driveway as well as the garage that is for your use!

Place was okay, location is good if you want to be in Leo. I specifically asked about stairs into and around the house. My mom has a bad knee and needs knee surgery. There were no photos so I reached out to the owners and was ensured that there were only a few small steps. I'm sorry, but that was misleading. There are 4 steep steps into the house on the front and back. I would not have booked here if I had been able to see pictures before hand. I've attached some in case somebody in the future needs to know.
