Quaint, cozy, and full of character—this upstairs 1-bedroom duplex across from Lakeside Park offers old-home warmth with modern essentials. Perfect for travel nurses, solo travelers, or couples who love charm over luxury. Enjoy park views, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and peaceful surroundings near downtown & Parkview Randallia.  
  
The Space:  
  
Unit B is the upstairs apartment of a lovingly preserved early 1900s duplex, brimming with original character and comfort. Accessed from the shared front foyer (door on the left), you’ll climb one indoor staircase to a quiet, sunlit retreat.  
  
The living room offers a comfortable place to unwind, with large windows overlooking Lakeside Park & Rose Garden. The bedroom is cozy and restful, with quality bedding and just enough vintage charm to make you feel at home.  
  
The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep, and the washer/dryer make it ideal for longer stays. It’s not a modern condo—it’s a warm, lived-in space that feels timeless and real. Expect creaky floors, character, and comfort in equal measure.

Everything worked great. The place was clean and the layout was as expected with plenty of room for two people. Location was perfect. The bed was also very comfortable.
