Room had no glasses or paper cups, there was not even a continental breakfast. No shampoo in bathroom. 2 tiny soap cakes. Halls and stairs are really old and somewhat scarry. Bed bugs crawling on the sheets. Wall sconce lights didn’t even work. I’ve asked to be change. The second room they gave me was already occupied with a giant dog who wasn’t happy to see me in. The third one was finally a decent one for the price. But. Not hot water in the shower. No pressure either. The room was clean but still look dirty. Construction in the building so tools noise till late at night. Never gonna stop there again. They gave someone my room while I was still in it. I was unclothed getting out of the shower when they came in. I’m sure they weren’t happy either. Hotel staff were not helpful at all. Tried to pay for my next week of stay. They said I had to come back at 3pm to check in.. hahaha I work 12 hour shifts. How am I going to leave work to come back and pay. I’ve never had to deal with that in my travels in this country for work or pleasure. Once I voiced that to the staff, they quickly let me pay. So… what was all that about me having to come back at 3 pm. It had a kitchenette which was unexpected. Breakfast was non-existent here, but to its credit the listing did not say breakfast included. In the morning I found one pot of very tepid coffee and a refrigerator with two yogurt cups. I was very unpleasantly surprised that I had to pay a deposit upon checking in, as I had previously booked and paid in full on Expedia, but it was refunded by the morning.
