The room had a strong disinfectant odor. The pillows look more like a very small cushion, made it very difficult to rest, I suggest buying regular size pillows to ensure a better night sleep. On top of all these I got a rash on my arms I guess from contact with the sheets/comforters. Worst night ever.

Its not bad...check in was great and lobby is nice...the bad...wifi was in and out as its open and not password procected so anyone could use..also didnt like not being able to use side entrace for easier access to our room. Jetted tub is very small compared to the 100 ive seen but still nice.

There was so much mold in the rooms it was insane. They had nailed wood piece to the ceiling above the AC units, which were covered in mold. The smell was ungodly! The hotel in general just appeared outdated, poorly cleaned, and run down.

This hotel is what you would expect for the price. If you are okay with outdated rooms, old curtains, lighting and bedding and obvious smoke smells in the hallways then just know its what you get for less than $100 per night. I do not plan to book a stay here again. You get what you pay for but it is definitely time for a refresh.

The location was perfect for this trip. Close to the highway,15 minutes ride to Sweetwater Sound. Safe area to go for a walk and to restaurants.

I had an unavoidable delay and called to ask to change my reservation to the following day. I was told that it was impossible and that I would have to pay full price for a night I did not stay at this hotel. This is by far the worst customer service I have gotten from this brand of hotels. Do not recommend.

The staff on the front desk are exceptional friendly and super helpful. The late evening the toilet is clogged and water leaked at same time cause the water ont e floor and to the main floor. The staff on the front desk came as soon as hang up the phone, clean the floor untill the housekeeper came. The did together to clean up.

We pride ourself on having a variety menu. Unfortunately, that sometimes means something on the menu not being available. There is definitely still a supply chain issue on certain products. For example, I am unable to get bacon sometimes.

Tired and in need of a refresh
Beds were comfortable, pillows were so so. The amenities in the bathroom are lacking, no lotion, no facial cleansers, nothing you have to ask at the reception if you want these items. There was stains that looked like coffee or blood on the bathroom walls that needed to be cleaned. The hotel is very tired looking and needs a complete refresh. Plus the breakfast was cold, tasteless and stale-tasting.

This is a great hotel. We have stayed there more than once and we have been pleased with how clean everything is and the staff is so nice. The breakfast is good too!

I liked that it was a contemporary room, and there was a nice view of a large pond. There was plenty of things to do, and places to eat in the area. It was at the edge of a mall.

Nice looking Motel, clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was very good. Not sure why I was charged for "Incidentals" at check in and not reimbursed for not using phones or extra services. Disappoint in that regard.

The room was clean and comfortable, but it needed some help. There was an iron but no ironing board, the one and only charging port didn't work. The shower head was leaking and spraying water sideways onto the bathroom floor in front off the tub and door. Some things needed updating, like the one electrical receptacle I tried to use that was loose.
