With a 5th floor ocean view and complimentary beach service, A526 makes a great place for you to enjoy all that Waterscape and the beautiful Emerald Coast has to offer. Since this is an "A" unit 1 bedroom, the bunk area is its own separate area as opposed to the "B" units where the bunks are in the living room. The unit we rented was great. The only downside was that the sheets were not fresh. We washed them, so no big deal. Good location, view off the balcony overlooks the upper children’s pool area. Condo had all the amenities we needed. A beach wagon and some toys on the deck found my three happy little boys. A couple issues noted, the shower in the en suite bathroom has kind of an issue with leaking from the faucet as you direct water to the showerhead. We weren’t sure what our 18 month old would think of the beach. We booked this location based on the reviews and the fact that it had a kids pool and it was walking distance to the beach. Long story short…. We have a water baby and she loved getting in all of it! We would spend our mornings at the beach and on our walks back we would stop by the pools. The condo was very modern, and we enjoyed our stay. We was disappointed at the Lazy River being updated, and wish that was in our listing. The fire department is across the street, which could be noisy at times. We were impressed with the condo, and location, would recommend putting that on the listing. On my last day 3/11 I will note, there was a light that fell out of its holder near the pool, and a few wires were exposed, but capped, we tried to come to the front but I guess at 4:30-5 on Friday all your doors were locked. The variety of pools, beautiful beach and fun activities nearby kept my kids ranging age 3-9 yrs old excited. The upper pool is heated which was needed on the cloudy days. The bunkbeds were a perfect fit for the kids. Clean condo with everything you need. The owner was great to work with and quickly responded to a few last minute questions. We have younger kids (6&4) and they loved the pools and beach. The unit was perfect size for our family and my kids loved the bunk beds. We could have used a few more kitchen utensils and bath towels, but made do with what we had. It also would have been nice to have a blanket on the couch but it may have been removed due to Covid-19\. Either way, this is not a deal breaker for us. The beach chairs that come with the condo were great, we had zero problems finding chairs and umbrella at the beach. We did not go to the pool as much, there were several groups of older kids running around that made it harder for our kids to enjoy the zero entry pool. We did go to the heated pool near the back a few times and had no problems finding chairs. It was a wonderful trip for us and we will definitely be back! Thank you! ##### Stacy W. It is a great place for families with kids of all ages. Greg was very helpful and responsive. This property was well maintained but cleanliness was mediocre - particularly the kitchen. There was crusted food on the cabinets and the insides needed cleaning. I cleaned out the coffee pot bc it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, at best, and it stunk. Bathrooms and common areas seemed better so I would just highly recommend the cleaning company pay more attention to the kitchen, especially during a pandemic. ##### Brittany V.
