Look no further than our beachfront condo in Fort Walton Beach! Located just steps away from the pristine sandy shores, this well-appointed condo offers everything you need for a memorable getaway. From the fully-stocked kitchen to the relaxing living room and comfortable beds every detail has been carefully thought out to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. FREE beach chair service during season of March 1st - October 31st (weather permitting) Upon entering the condo the primary bedroom is immediately to your right. The bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed with your own full sized bathroom. There is a comfortable bunk bed in a nook that sleeps 2\. The spacious kitchen is is fully stocked with everything needed dishes, pots and pans, utensils, blender, coffee maker and all the odds and ends. The couch pulls out into a queen sized bed. Spacious seating with a Smart TV that includes cable. Parking spot including in parking garage We are available at all times during your stay. Feel free to reach out to us through the Airbnb app or call or text us The complex is located on a dead end street so very little traffic in front of complex. Lots of restaurants, shopping and activities in Fort Walton and Destin Our complex is located towards the end of a dead end street Santa Rosa Blvd. You have a designated parking spot in the garage but there is also plenty of parking available in front of the building Includes FREE beach chair service provided in front of complex. Lounge chairs and umbrellas set up every morning and removed in evening. There are some restaurants you can walk to from the condo and you are minutes away from Destin. Lots of options for daily activities like minature golf, water sports, fishing excursions, shopping and great restaurants all very close to the condo. Jan was very responsive through the booking and check in process and then again when we had an issue with one of the appliances. She responded within minutes and got the issue fixed quickly. The condo has a great view of the ocean. It is located right above the pool so there is some pool noise during the day but it can't be heard past the living room. The condo was well stocked. The chair service at the beach was a great bonus. We also appreciated that the beach has lifeguards as the water was very rough when we visited. We would definitely stay again! ##### Sara R. We loved that we were right on the beach. I really loved that this property was ran by Jan and not a huge site. Jan was very responsive with any issues. We checked in and had an appliance issue but Jan has her cell phone in the book so I messaged her and she responded quickly and was going to send a handy man out the next day.
