They also offer kayak and paddle board rentals for $20/hr. This one's on the third floor, so if you don't mind the steps the privacy and view are superior. Oct 6, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Unique property on the beach - comes with beach chair/unbrellas setup Ideal for a couple with a well behaved small dog looking for an 150 ft walk from their door to the gulf beach with a great view of the beach and gulf from the top floor of the 3 story, 12 unit property. Property appears to be one of the remaining original buildings on the beach and is a little dated but that gives it unique charm and feel and comfort. Best thing we loved and were surprised by the rental was that it came with two beach chair and umbrella set ups by beach staff on the beach so we did not have carry chairs to the beach each day.
