Please do not walk on the sand or sea oats, as they are protected. • Wear shoes on the boardwalk to prevent splinters and protect your feet. • To get to the beach: Follow the boardwalk to the far left. Walk down the boardwalk and take the ramp to the right. Continue following the boardwalk to the right. The beach is just a 3-minute walk. The boardwalk will lead you to cross Santa Rosa Blvd to the Blue Dolphin Beach Access. You’ll also see Stewby’s on the left. Fire Pit Usage • The fire pit is available for your use, but we do not provide wood. • WOOD ONLY is permitted—no gasoline, plastic, or other materials. • Use caution and follow fire safety guidelines. Roof Access • Always use the handrails when using the stairs to the rooftop. • Report any hazards or issues with the stairs immediately. Furniture Guidelines • Do not move furniture inside the containers. • Outdoor furniture must remain in its designated area: do not bring rooftop furniture downstairs or downstairs furniture upstairs. Towels • Bath towels provided are for indoor use only. Do not bring them to the beach. Beach towels are not provided, so plan accordingly.
