There is a broom and dust pan, but that’s it for any cleaning, but we are charged a cleaning fee for a reason right? The property is really beautiful, quiet, and the location is great! Beach service included, 2 chairs & umbrella. Awesome bonus! Pontoon & jet ski rental very close if you plan on visiting Crab Island! Another bonus! Just close to everything, a must stay! Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2020 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### SHERI J. 5 oct. 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### Rough start with first room but second room was wonderful The online pictures were beautiful but the original room we rented was dirty and appliances were way outdated dryer was rusted. However, Ron Webber and Sally with Legacy vacations were the property managers that took AWESOME care of us. They moved us to a way better condo in same building with no extra charge. Thank you Ron and Sally helped to make our vacation very relaxing and enjoyable ##### SHERI J. The only thing that could be improved upon in 204 is the dryer. It is filled with lent and needs to be cleaned. Was concerned for a fire hazard plus it’s rather old and slow to dry. Not gripping. Don't ever plan to stay anywhere else! Our unit was clean and comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. The complex is fabulous and well taken care of. The beach is right there and the view was beautiful. There were some seaweed in the ocean all of the week, but that's not the owners fault, just Nature. Overall a great vacation ##### Olga U.
