No Exceptions.\* Step into Paradise, on Okaloosa Island, Seacrest 710\. This gorgeous, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom is located on the 7th floor of Seacrest condominiums. When you walk into this unit you’re greeted by the spacious open living room, dining area, and the kitchen. The kitchen is located on the right and has ample counter space for cooking a feast for 6 or a quick cup of coffee in the Keurig coffee maker. All small appliances such as a blender and toaster are already in the unit. The condo is stocked with all the cookware and dishes you would need to cook without having to pack anything from home. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo, so you don’t have to worry about finding coin laundry anywhere on-site. The living room features large floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which allows for plenty of natural light and access to the private balcony. The balcony has a small seating area and views of Okaloosa Island and the Gulf of Mexico. Seacrest is a beachside complex so no crossing busy streets to get to the water. There is a large flat screen TV and seating for the whole family. The guest bedroom has a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. The guest bathroom is accessible from the guest bedroom or living area. The Master Bedroom offers a King-sized bed, balcony access, a ceiling fan, and a Flat Screen TV. The private Master Bathroom is only accessible thru the Master Bedroom. The condo also includes unit specific WiFi. SeaCrest Condominium is located on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico with its emerald green water and breathtaking sunsets. It is situated on the quiet end of Okaloosa Island, overlooks Emerald Walk Park, and has boardwalk access to the beach. It is conveniently located to water sports of all kinds, fishing, golf, fine restaurants, great shopping and many other local attractions for all ages with varied interests. These units have angled views of the Gulf of Mexico which increase on the higher floors. The property has many amenities, to include a large outdoor pool, indoor swimming pool, family BBQ with picnic area, and fitness room. Loved the view from 710, beach on one side, inlet on the other, watching the sun go down while getting ready for dinner from the bed. It was stunning.
