The artwork and furnishings have been hand picked with the beach in mind. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo 's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a TV and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main hallway near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/ dryer included in the home for your convenience. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. When walking by the pools they looked a little crowded, but they would be perfect for families with young children. Our unit was clean, well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the dryer in the unit had a squeal when running, we solved the problem by starting it when we left for the day! In the middle of our stay, the bed frame broke but it was fixed right away. I also liked the fact that the condo located near the elevator, which was very convenient for us with 4 young children. We have stayed at water-escape multiple times and the beds have been uncomfortable but this unit everything was clean and the beds are comfy. It was a longer walk from the beach then we would have liked but it was well worth it as everything was clean and kept...it’s close to the parking garage, elevators, and trash chutes big plus for us with multiple kiddos! ##### Tisha G. Nice and clean. The group of pools is pretty cool. This resort is really for a family with children. and if you don't mind crowds. The pool area as well as the beach was too crowded for our taste.
