Easy access to parking and elevator. all the kitchen amenities we needed. our view was able to see dolphins. we did have a small water leak in out bedroom ceiling,probably from an air conditioning unit above us, that we called in. we had very nice weather for beach time. we found a new for us very nice place to eat, Ali's Bistro. we were wondering about the new bridge and how it will affect traffic in the future, and access to Santa Rosa blvd. ##### suzanne k g. ### 4/10 Poor #### Tyler H. Jun 8, 2025 Liked: Check-in Disliked: Listing accuracy This condo was just alright, but we wouldn’t stay again. Photos make it look larger. The bedroom and master bathroom are extremely small. We received an email the day of that there was a leak in the master bedroom ceiling. You can tell where heavy water has run down under the paint. The leak also seemed to cause a weird smell and we had to purchase air fresheners. I will say the pool was nice and large, and the beach service that was included was appreciated.
