The beds were comfortable, showers were nice and hot, and the backyard was perfect for our old "pup". The ice machine was broke but Jeremy offered to have ice there since it was going to be fixed in time. I do believe his cleaning staff forgot some essential replenishing items after the last stay like handsoap (there was none) and toilet paper (only the rolls hanging). Everything you needed but may have forgotten, was there waiting for you. Owner was very prompt with communication and able to get us scheduled with less than 48 hours notice. Home was close to everything you could want. Beach was just a short distance away. The beds were super comfortable (which isn’t the case at a lot of rentals).
