During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. \*\*\* This beautiful, third-floor, Gulf-front condo includes floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors in both the living room and primary bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale and gorgeous getaway include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, a cooktop stove and oven, a microwave and a dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath includes a whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. Each of the three bedrooms and living room has a TV to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. The private balcony has a table and chairs to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset. On-site perks include pools, a children's splash pad, a gym, and beachfront access with shower/rinse-off stations. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Overall the condo was great. The rooms were great even though the building itself was getting some minor work done we hardly heard any noise from it. The condo itself was in a great area. There were restaurants within walking distance, shopping within walking distance and even had a mini golf for entertainment across the street. The best part it was right on the beach!
