Island Echos is your ticket to paradise on the Emerald Coast. Located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL, this gulf front property is close to the most popular local restaurants and attractions. Visit the Gulfarium, the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk just down the road. Swim in the gulf front pool, sit on the beach, or relax on your balcony and watch the sunset.

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, dining area, living area with a queen size sleeper for extra guests, and a private balcony with priceless views of The Gulf of Mexico. A master bedroom with a king-size bed and flat screen TV. A full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Once again the place was excellent. Only issue was with the gate entry number not working. Very clean and comfortable. It was our second time there and will definitely come again.

Great Stay!
This is a great place for vacation right on the beach! Perfect for our family of three and we enjoyed the proximity to the Gulfarium and ofcourse the Beach Service. Kim is a great host and the place had everything to make our stay comfortable like blabkets,beach towels,kitchen utensils etc. Great management. We will visit again someday,hopefully! Thank you Kim!

9th Anniversary !
A very beachside condo ! The view was awesome , comfortable bed , kitchen well stocked ) I didn’t have too cook this time ) bathroom stocked plenty of towels , nice toiletries ! Clean .spacious, please fix the bedroom tv for those who watch different shows …. We will most definitely be coming back A tea kettle would be nice also , thank you for accommodating us from last year ,we appreciate that !!! Future guest the Atkinson’s
