Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Waterscape Unit A413 has two bedrooms with bunk room and 2.5 baths. Wonderful Gulf Views from primary bedroom and Balcony. Bay view from the second bedroom. Completely renovated and remodeled in 2017\. Both bedrooms are suites that include King beds, Walk-in Showers, Garden Tubs, TV's with DVD players, and balcony access. The bunk room contains two twin beds. Waterscape is a full amenity Gulf Front Beach Resort. Almost 500 ft of private beach with beach service included. Incredible Tropical two-level Courtyard. The first level includes a zero-entry main pool, with 10 ft waterfall that you can walk through, and toddler/children water features. A Lazy River Tubing Pool. Fitness Center, available 24/7, that overlooks the courtyard/pools. The second level includes a heated pool. Toddler splash pool with water features. A covered Toddler area with rubberized play mat and toys. Leisurely 10 min beach walk down to the Boardwalk. Restaurants, shopping, live music, children play areas, beach volleyball, and fireworks. Something for everyone here. Unit Features Unit A413 is located toward the front of the complex near the Gulf. One minute to courtyard and pools. Two minutes and you are on the beach. One minute to covered parking. Newly decorated in modern beach themes with pastel colors and beautifully tiled floors throughout. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All dishes, cooking utensils, bakeware, and small appliances are provided to complete and serve any meal. The dining room has a large dining table and seats six comfortably. The open living room includes a queen sofa bed, TV, DVD player, and access to a large balcony. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. We thought they were fruit flies left from the last renter who left spoiled fruit? On Sun., they seemed to be worse. On Mon., I texted the number I was provided by Vacasa Guest Services about the fly problem and the ice machine not working. Their answer back to me was that they would inform the local team. On Tues.,I went to the office in the morning and the woman at desk said she would inform local team. By afternoon, I hadn’t heard anything so I texted again and their answer was a ticket was created, still in progress and give it some more time. On Wed. afternoon, Orkin knocked on our door. I just happened to be in room refreshing my drink from pool. He said flies were drain flies, not fruit flies and that we needed a plumber. He could not help us. He said he would give his recommendation to local management. By this time, they were flying everywhere. Liv.room, bath,etc. I texted Vacasa again and updated them Wed . Thur. afternoon, I still hadn’t heard from local management. I texted again. They were everywhere. Cooking was a disaster. They were getting in our food we were trying to fix. They would gather on our drinks. They were in the bottom of our freezer. After my text Thurs, worker came, used bleach but they only cont to be worse.Manager tried to call me Thur night but I was at pool. They got even worse Fri night. My family and grandchildren’s vacation was ruined bc of it. ##### Kim R.
