This attractively styled and newly remodeled retreat is located on the fourth floor of Waters Edge on Okaloosa Island, near the parking garage, so you'll have parking only steps away from your front door. This beautifully updated condo features tile flooring in the kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms. Watch for dolphins and witness beautiful Gulf Coast sunsets from the comfort of the private balcony with sliding glass door access just off the living room. This home also includes a full kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, a new full-size stainless steel refrigerator, and all the gadgets and cookware you need to turn out fantastic home-cooked meals. The handsome, extendable dining table will accommodate up to six guests and is the perfect place to enjoy dinner parties and raucous family game nights alike. There are two new flatscreen TVs with DVD players, so you can always catch your favorite shows and enjoy a good DVD movie with lots of buttered popcorn. If you forget to bring DVDs to watch, we've got you covered - you'll even find an on-site DVD kiosk filled with newly-released DVDs. Waters Edge totally lives up to its name, with an ideal position right next to the gulf sands. Spend your vacation tanning on the beach or surfing the fantastic waves. Visit Fluid Surf Shop, Woody's Surf Shop LLC, and Dog House Surf Shop when you need to pick up some surf gear, apparel, and accessories for your trip. Things to know: Beach service included (March 15 - October) Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The condo is very nicely maintained and was one of the cleaner beach rentals we have experienced. The hall bathtub did drain very slowly and should be addressed. This is plenty of room for two people and it was nice having the extra bathroom. Having covered parking was a plus in the hot weather. Smaller feel. Excellent views. Huge pool. Plenty of room for our family of 4\. The property could benefit with a few simple upgrades: smart tvs and better wifi (maybe an extender in the master because that’s where the signal was weak). It doesn’t have a lot of storage. A cabinet by the main door, more hooks to hang stuff, baskets to put stuff in, that would all be great. They also didn’t have a toaster, full length mirror or oven mitts.
