Everyone (kids and adults) had an amazing time. The views are spectacular, and its a short walk through the pool to the beach/ocean front! It had a smell of bugs as soon as I walked in. The air filter had been changed but the evaporator coil is dirty. The master bedroom gets no air flow it was so hot and uncomfortable. I found 1 dead roach in kitchen there and found another dead one in my beach towel when I got back home.They have tried to spruce it up with newer furniture, new refrigerator, and flooring. Everything else is dirty 1980 originals. The linens were clean.The pool area seemed clean and the beach was very clean and beautiful water. I would not stay at this property again. ##### Michelle A. There was 6 of us staying here with a 1 year old, 5 year old , and 4 adults and the condo was perfect for us. Very spacious and even had a bed that pulled out from the couch that was perfect for the kids to sleep on. The view from the balcony was great and the location was perfect with multiple restaurants less then a mile down the road.
