WINTER DATES AVAIL! This condo offers complimentary beach service between middle of March- November 1st. There are beach chairs in the unit for you to use outside of the beach service season. Enjoy your home away from home in our beautiful beach condo! Our intention is to provide you with the cleanest condo on the beach!! For that reason, we only allow 2 guests max so we can keep this property in pristine condition for our special guests! THIS CONDO IS SANITIZED AND DISINFECTED ACCORDING TO THE CDC RECOMMENDATIONS. FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS: All bathrooms, kitchen and hard surfaces are sanitized with a germicide cleanser. After sanitizing the entire condo, the unit is disinfected. After the sanitation process, an inspector inspects the unit for proper sanitation then a disinfectant is used on all hard surfaces, especially all high-touch areas. We also provide a disinfectant cleaner for your use while you enjoy your stay on the beach. Our amazing condo has been totally renovated! The custom updated kitchen includes 'Blue Pearl' granite counter-tops, soft close cabinet doors/drawers, subway tile with custom 3 dimensional shell tile inserts. complete with under cabinet lights! Attention to details\~even the garbage disposal has a push button switch right at the sink! Both bathrooms have new vanity cabinets, lights and both have new more convenient higher toilets. Crown molding throughout the entire condo and a beaded board wainscoting to finish off the coastal cottage feel of this beautiful condo. Even the bi-fold shutter doors at the washer/dryer and AC closet have been replaced with a wide louvered bi-fold for a more up to date look and feel. Found the condo clean, well equipped, and just as described in listing. Check in, check out and comminication were painless. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The condo is an end unit so both the extra light inside the condo and open side on the balcony give the space a nice feel. Free beach service was a nice feature. There are several good restaurants and fun bars within about 1.5 miles...convenient but unfortunatly just out of walking distance. The only downside was slow internet and cell service. The condo was perfectly situated on the beach with absolutely perfect beach/sunset views! Such easy access even with 1 flight of stairs. Kitchen was great and well stocked. Plenty of linens in both baths and basic items in the kitchen.(love that)The space was really perfect for 2 people! Loved not having a lot of wasted space. The bed was a little squishy and too high for us..literally a little hard to climb onto. (we are 70 with some back issues so a warning there) Fort Walton is adorable.. groceries close by.. some good food.. It was a great week!! ##### Kathleen W.
