Enjoy beach-themed decor with blue accents with carpet and tiles. The large open dining and living areas open onto the oversized balcony. The condo includes two DVD players, VCR, a CD stereo system, and a private washer/dryer. The hallway bathroom has a single sink, tub, and vanity. The kitchen has white cabinets, green countertops, and a bar area with stools. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and all the dishes, pots, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. THINGS TO KNOW Beach service is available from March 1st through October 1st. All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 6. The only things we noticed that we would suggest are: no hairdryer in the unit, no inside lock (needs a chain or bolt lock for the inside), blinds in second bedroom were broken, blinds in master wouldnt go all the way to the bottom. Normally the blinds wouldn’t be a problem, however the windows in both bedrooms face the exterior walkway, so everyone walks by. We never saw the pool cleaned. None of these things really affected our stay negatively, but a few little things that needed attention could e made it perfect. They did offer to have maintenance come to fix blinds, but we didn’t want that until we checked out. They were very responsive to our suggestions. We really have no complaints. ##### Amy C. Spacious, clean & a spectacular view! The property management is great! Needs a new master bedroom fan as it’s loud and keeps you up at night. The Wi-Fi and cable are nonexistent, which isn’t bad while on vacation but if you have to work you have to connect to someone else’s internet. Accessible smoking on the balcony below makes for an unenjoyable morning coffee if you aren’t a smoker, some properties don’t allow balcony smoking-wish this was one! The dolphins come and play every morning and night-wow! What a dream! The chair attendant works so hard to make sure your beach day is the best-tip him well!! ##### Meghan C. The property was right on the beach and the view was amazing. It has everything you need to cook and they give you some stuff to clean with. The Master bed does have a bent bed frame but we still slept like babies. We will definitely use this place as our go to down here. Also the building is under renovations so just be mindful of that but It didn’t bother us. The bedrooms had plenty of room and storage, though the blinds didn't block all light. The living and dining areas provided a nice, comfortable family space. We appreciated the balcony overlooking the pool and beach, and used the beach chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach daily. The TV had plenty of cable channels and two free movies were provided daily. We did have to purchase coffee filters, salt and pepper, and laundry soap, but having the in-unit washer dryer was a plus. It's also nice to have an on-site office. Overall, a wonderful beach rental. ##### Joane R. Séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2018 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Hunter M. 28 juill. 2017 #### Overall appearance good, but smelled musty and needs of alot of TLC and routine maintenance Booking and ease of entire process was great. There were ample towels and the bunny made of towels on the bed in the Master Suite was a cute touch. While this property was better than some of the Resort Quest properties we've stayed in, it was not a good value for what we paid, based on it's condition. The issues we had were things I would think the maintenance staff would inspect and repair before a guest had issues. None of them were major except the fact that the sliding door would not lock and none of the lights in the kitchen worked and/or had bulbs that needed to be replaced. There were 4 chairs on the balcony/deck, one was broken and could not be used. The hand bar was missing in the small bath tub and the drains in both tubs are really slow. We couldn't close the vertical blinds over the patio door because about half of the veins are missing. My grandchildren slept on the sleeper bed and were up before the sun due to the light coming thru the door. Both tubs were dirty on arrival. The wall plugs do not work on the bar or on the wall adjacent to the bar. The chairs at the table are broken, not to the point of non-use, but they are not stable. I am sure the owners expect to get the value of whatever they pay the people who are supposed to clean and maintain the property. I can tell them and you that they are not getting the full benefit of this expense. With a little care and maintenance, I would be willing to stay in this unit again, but had I known the extent of it's disrepair, I would not have stayed in this unit. We did not contact the front desk because we didn't want to deal with workmen working on the issues during our stay. Hopefully, these will be addressed in a timely manner. ##### Hunter M.
