This chic, newly painted and furnished modern Waters Edge unit offers gulf front views from both living room and balcony. The newly refinished kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with full size updated appliances that make it a perfect setting for all your entertaining needs. This lovely home away from home has tile floors throughout the condo with carpeting in the master bedroom, floor to ceiling windows, and additional bunk rooms in the hall for those added kids or guests. This piece of paradise on the water fits two to three adults and two kids comfortably In the kitchen, you will find all dinnerware, flatware, and cooking utensils needed to prepare delicious meals complete with a new Keurig and crockpot. Bed and bath linens are also provided, and the stackable washer/dryer adds the convenience of home. Relax after long walks on the sugary beach on the balcony overlooking the emerald waters, or watching a movie in the living room on the provided DVD machine. There is also a second television in the master bedroom to relax the night away. Please be advised that Waters Edge is not a pet-friendly property.

Great stay!

Property communicated very well. We even got to get in the room an hour early. The condo was very nice and clean. Bathrooms were stocked well with clean towels. Amenities were very nice. We would stay again!

Perfect Place for Family

Our extended family (aunts/uncles/cousins/etc.) comes to these condos every year, and my husband and I were lucky enough to find this unit. It is perfect for our family.

Overall we had a good experience.Pros: location, gorgeous view, easy check in/outCons: some parts of the condo need TLC, extra blankets for winter months would be nice, kitchen utensils are limited (no oven mitts), and the cleaning crew missed some things (I.e. someone else’s toenail clippings under the coffee table).

What a view!

We had a great time staying in this condo! It was quiet, easy to park and get in. Walked in, and it was exactly like the photos we saw when we booked! The view of the Gulf was wonderful, and the sound of the waves so refreshing. We got our dose of Vitamin Sea! Easy check-in, communication on directions and other vital info arrived in a timely manner. We can’t wait to come back here and enjoy this again — maybe next time we can stay an entire week!!

Great Stay

This was a great place to stay. Great location and condo. The couches could use updating. And it would be nice to have an extra trash bag and maybe some dish washing liquid to wash dishes. Dishwasher tabs were provided but we didn’t use a ton of dishes so we just hand washed them. Was still an overall great stay!

Really beautiful place

It was a lovely location, and a very nice place. It would be nice to have little things like coffee filters, salt and pepper, more than 2 rolls of toilet paper, and throws or some extra blankets on the cooler evenings. The wi-fi was awful. And don’t look under the beds. The beach and the resort workers were amazing!!!!! We will be back!

Cozy!

Loved that the pool was divided. Made for great playing without feeling crowded. Steps from the beach. Homey beach feeling. Being on the 2nd floor and parking on the 3rd(parking deck access)was slightly inconvenient. Having different gate codes for the pool bathrooms, the pool and fitness room was again slightly inconvenient at first. Overall great vacation.

I felt the furniture was quite disgusting and extremely stained. I didn't even sit on the furniture my whole stay. The unit was dirty. And this unit needs an over all upgrade in furniture.

Great place to stay!

We took our 9 year old with us, so there were 3 of us staying. Every night we would be out on the little balcony after she went to sleep. The bunk beds were right outside the master bedroom so that was a little different than I thought it would be. The kitchen also did not have tongs which made making bacon a little harder. Those are just petty things though. Overall, the stay was great, it was clean, the kiddo loved the bunk beds, the view was amazing. We didn't even have to check in. They just texted me the info the day of check in. It was a great time!

Best beach view from

I have been to Okaloosa Island 3 times and this property has been my favorite by far. The pool area was clean and very big and the walk way to the beach had a nice shower/sand-rinsing area. Being on the second floor was extremely convenient and high enough to have a lovely beach view. My boyfriend and I each took our 2 kids (2 adults & 4 kids) and this condo had everything we needed to cook meals plus the sleeping arrangements worked well. There were plenty of towels and the washer/dryer came in handy for washing our beach towels. The elevator and parking were close, but sometimes the elevator was a little slow so we would take the stairs. The only cons (which were minor inconveniences for us) were: not enough pillows for the fold out couch, could never connect to the wifi, master bed wasn’t the most comfortable bed, but satisfactory. Pros: super easy check in-codes were sent on time from Wyndham and that process was exceptionally easy; location and convenience of going to the pool and beach from this condo; beautiful and well cared for property; having 2 bathrooms—the kids’ was large; trash bags, dish soap; toilet paper and paper towel starter pack lasted the duration of our stay; cleanliness; huge pool that was clean and always had plenty of available chairs; beach chair service...I was so happy with this rental!
