When you enter, you will find an open floor plan, with the kitchen, dining area, and living room connected. The well-equipped kitchen offers a wraparound layout with plenty of storage space and all utensils needed to create your own meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with a table. The living area features a sofa, two chairs, and a TV and DVD player combo, perfect for movie nights after a long day at the beach. Walk out the sliding glass doors onto a spacious balcony and enjoy the view of the beautifully manicured pool area and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee or a sangria at sunrise or sunset. Next to the living room, you will find the primary bedroom with an attached bathroom with a large single vanity, perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town. Island Echos has every amenity desired, including an excellent Gulf beach access and a seasonally heated Gulf-side swimming pool with an oversized sundeck. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. It is directly on the beach. The kitchen is stocked with whatever you may need. We didn't care about the condo being dated because we went for the ocean and not the decor. The staff checked on us throughout our visit. 10/10 recommended staying here. The teens could be in the pool or the beach and we could still keep an eye on them. The green carpet is dated along with the rust color chairs but if the owner wants to sale the rust color rocker recliners, I want them. They are very comfortable and practical for the space.
