Haus22 is a bright and spacious 3-bedroom home with a bonus room that includes a pull-out couch, making it perfect for families, couples, or small groups. The home comfortably sleeps 6, with the option for up to 8 guests (please note: additional guest fees apply for groups larger than 6). While visiting Florida please be mindful we do have tropical bugs — mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, no seeums, etc. While we do actively treat for pests you may encounter a few critters during your stay. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow these creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter free home sometimes it’s just not possible. Let us know if you’ve encountered anything that may alarm you! The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay. Detailed checkout instructions can be found in the StellarDweller reservation portal, which was sent to you on your booking date. For your comfort and peace of mind, our property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. This small device monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone We wanted to give you a quick heads-up regarding our front door camera. It functions like a Ring camera and is positioned only on the exterior of the unit. It does not record any activity inside the home—it’s solely for monitoring the entrance for security purposes. Respect the Space • Treat Haus22 like it’s your own home. • No moving furniture without permission. • Please rinse off all beach gear before putting it back in its place. (Small beach toys should be returned inside the unit. Larger items like boogie boards and beach chairs belong in the outdoor storage bins.) 8\. Trash and Recycling • Place trash and recycling in the outdoor bins. • If your stay covers pickup day, please roll bins to the curb the night before. 9\. Safety • Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. • No unattended candles or open flames. 10\. Check-out • Run the dishwasher before departure. • Place used towels in the laundry basket. • Remove trash and hit the “Checkout” button in your guest portal. 11\.
