Purchased in October 2020, we spent the rest of 2020 updating and renovating the unit. With new ceramic tile floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, this unit is like new and ready for your family to enjoy. Destin West, Gulfside G204 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a bunk room and pull out sofa bed in the living room. The unit has a large TV Smart mounted in the living room and a new smart TV in the master bedroom and guest room as well as a small TV in the bunk room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, all new stainless steel appliances and a Keurig due coffee maker (works with pods and has a traditional coffee pot). There is also a full size washing machine and dryer in the condo. The balcony has a table and chairs, has a view of the Gulf and overlooks the giant pool and hot tub. Maybe the best pool on the island. We also have some beach chairs, floats, boogie boards and a beach cart on the balcony that you are free to use as well! Just put them back before you leave. There were even beach towels available for our use. We were just a couple of blocks, on the same side of the road, as The Crab Trap, Floyd’s, and other great restaurants and activities for our grandchildren that stayed on the bay side of Destin West. Our only disappointment was with the beach chair services, which we did not use. They place chairs so close together with the big umbrellas, that unless you get out by 8am all the ocean front views have been taken.
