Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' \*\*\*As of January 2026 there is a new roof being installed on the building, and there is active construction with scaffolding and limited parking.\*\*\* Located on Okaloosa Island, this vacation rental is cozy yet spacious. The biggest feature is the views - the large balcony has the best ones. In the common area, you can see the Gulf of Mexico from each room, as well as the primary bedroom, which offers access to the balcony too. Amenities include a well-equipped kitchen and in-home laundry. Property amenities include a pool and sundeck, along with an outdoor shower. In the surrounding area, find restaurants with fresh seafood on the menu. For entertainment, check out Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, offering miniature golf, and a ropes course. Rent a pontoon boat from Island Watersports and explore the bay on the water and enjoy access to Crab Island in Destin. Complimentary beachside service is available during the peak season, and guests will be provided with one umbrella and two chairs. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This condo now features a remodeled and updated kitchen. Photos coming soon! Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Everything was clean and we had everything needed for a cozy weekend at the beach. We had one issue with one of the toilets not flushing and they sent someone right away to fix it. Our last night we watched the Labor Day fireworks on the pier from the balcony, and the last morning we spent out there watching the dolphins. Ceiling in the hallway is patched up as it seems there was a leak there. Balcony furniture has mildew on it and is uncomfortable. Aside from that, the place was clean and relatively comfortable. The fire sprinkler did leak so we had to keep a towel down to catch the water (we called and they vowed to fix it). But that didn’t stop us from having a great vacation. This Condo was everything we needed! The view was amazing! The 2 bedroom Condo had a bedroom with a full and twin bed! Perfect for my 6 and 11 yr old daughters! The beds even had cute night light headboards. Comfy, cozy and only steps from the beach. There was a covered pArking space also!
